The 7th Annual Cast Iron Ride - September 11, 2010 - will get time

As Earl and Julie are out of town for the event this year, Jerry of Iron Horse Social Club in Savanna, IL has graciously taken it on.

This year is a one day event starting at Iron Horse Social Club, located at 314 Main St. in Savanna , IL. Jerry will be providing a complimentary breakfast if you go early enough. From there we'll take a great ride touring the joining corners of Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. The route is great with the coveted winding roads through great scenery, we'll even be taking a ferry ride across the Mississippi. We'll returned to Savanna where our host Jerry of Iron Horse Social Club will provide burgers and dogs along with the normal Saturday night entertainment.

As usual all bikes are welcome but, as most of you know, this ride is for pre 1984 motorcycles. That being said, all you newer bike owners, please ride at the back of the pack. We'll be doing the same leisurely ride Earl mapped out last year. Those of you that went last year know it's well worth repeating.
